The LA Times reports today that our neighbors the Dodgers have scrapped pricy seismic upgrades to the stadium that were started by Fox News Corp. Meanwhile they are spending the little cash they apparently have on a $15 million renovation that will add 1600 high-priced seats. More at LAObserved.
