Traveling with children

To travel there is no age limit, but if games with your children will have to take into consideration certain aspects. We have collected the most frequently asked questions of passengers and tried to give an answer.

Travel cot, carry cot or bed as their parents - what is best for your baby traveler?
Have the child sleep in your bed is probably the best thing: the bag is reduced, increasing the space in your room and your puppy will be more secure, very comfortable sleeping with you. Take the test at home before leaving, because it does not always work. It may also not want to give “bad” habits. If you travel by car and your child is accustomed to sleeping in a portable crib, choose this path. If you are opposed to making your child sleep with you, it’s best to have a portable cot, much more comfortable to carry the cot with wheels of your own home and quite economical. Your Health

· Talk to your travel agent about any shots or health precautions. Anything required?

· If shots are required, plan in advance with your physician. This should enable you to avoid any side effects as you travel.

· If medication is required, carry 2 sets, one in your luggage, and one with you. Also keep prescription labels with you for replacement.  (more…)

Check with your airline or travel agent

· To determine how early to arrive at the airport. Recommended check-in times differ by airline and airport.
· To determine whether you need a boarding pass and photo identification to enter the passenger checkpoint.
· Inquire about any limits the airline has on the size, weight, or number of checked bags. (There is no single federal standard.) Most domestic carriers today will only allow two checked bags for free. If you have more than two bags per passenger or your bag weighs more than the airline allows, you will be required to pay an excess baggage charge. It is important to check with your airline carrier to be aware of their policies before travelling.  (more…)

Here you will find suggestions on how to pack for your trip. Carry-On Baggage Carry-On Baggage is a small piece of luggage you take onboard the airplane with you. You are allowed one carry-on in addition to one personal item such as a laptop computer, purse, small backpack, briefcase, or camera case. Remember, 1+1. A bag is considered a carry-on, if the bag has an outside dimension that is not greater than 14″x9″x22″, however, be sure to check with your airline for specifics. (more…)

Baggage Claim

If your bag arrives open, unlocked or visibly damaged, check immediately to see if any of the contents are missing or damaged. 

Report any problems to your airline before leaving the airport. Insist that the airline fill out a form and give you a copy, even if they say the bag will be in on the next flight. Get the agent’s name and an appropriate telephone number for following up (not Reservations).  (more…)

Cheap car rental deals are spread all over the web. But not all are good deals. There’s a few thing you must look out for… or your cheap car rental deal might work out a lot more expensive than you planned !

Forget to check the car’s condition
