The global threat of terrorist attacks continues. Senior attack targets are
symbolic locations. These include government and administrative buildings,
transport infrastructure (especially airplanes, trains, ships), economic and
tourism centers, hotels, markets, religious meeting places, and generally larger crowds. There will be bomb attacks, attacks with firearms, kidnapping and hostage-takings.
